• Login and dashboard views

4. Terms and Conditions

White labeling is subject to:

• A formal agreement between VIVA USA INC and the customer

5. Support and Maintenance

VIVA USA INC continues to provide core platform updates, security patches, and backend support for white-labeled solutions. However, front-facing customer support may be managed by the customer, as agreed upon.

6. Intellectual Property

All underlying software, technology, and service infrastructure of the portal remain the sole property of VIVA USA INC. White labeling does not confer ownership or intellectual property rights to the third-party brand. However, customer retains exclusive rights of the business processes, and corresponding data utilized within this portal.

7. Notification and Changes

This notification may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in white labeling policies. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
